KENNESAW, GA (March 1, 2015) – Systems Atlanta, Inc. (SAI) is pleased to announce the renewal of the SAI Integrated Information Display and Dissemination System, Model Five (IDS5™) continued use and services contract for the Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA), Pittsburgh, PA. Initial fielding at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and Allegheny County Airport (AGC) began in 2011, with just five workstations and has now blossomed into a complete command and control capability across the ACAA airport landscape.
The ACAA renewal of the existing IDS5™ service package includes an increase in the number of IDS5™ licenses that are planned for deployment into various locations throughout the PIT and AGC airport infrastructure. This contract renewal also includes the sustained use of the RadarView Software Module, enhancing situational awareness through the real-time presentation of Next Generation (NextGen) RADAR surveillance and Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) data.
