SAI’s Bronze Support Package allows the customer a direct interface to an SAI support professional to augment the site's administrator(s) on a day-to-day basis. This package does not include any Subject Matter Expert (SME) services, System Engineer services, or System Configuration Management; however, SAI is always ready to support our customers through preferred rates not available without a support plan. Software assurance or enhancement is not available as a standard or optional offering with this package.

SAI’s Gold Support Package extends the provisions of the warranty program and the Bronze Support Package to provide reliability and sustainability through Telephonic Support and Health Checks, Subject Matter Expert (SME) services, System Engineer services, System Configuration Management, Software Assurance, and Software Enhancements.

SAI’s Platinum Support Package provides for the extension of the basic warranty period for virtually the life of the product. It includes almost all of the features of our entire support program offerings and is designed to maintain day-to-day system reliability and sustainability (Telephonic Support, Software Assurance, and Defective Hardware Replacement) while ensuring long term maintainability (Telephonic Health Checks, Hardware Logistics Management, System Configuration Management, and Sofware Enhancements).
