ATLANTA, Georgia (August 30, 2010) – Systems Atlanta, Inc. (SAI) announces the appointment of Dr. Mark S. Creasap as Vice President of Operations, effective August 9, 2010. Dr. Creasap, who has served in many diverse management and leadership roles, brings more than 29 years of defense and aviation operations experience to SAI. He most recently served as Vice President of US Simulation & Training with Adacel Systems, Inc., an air traffic control simulation company.

Army Selects IDS5 for Airfield Automation System
WOODSTOCK, Georgia (March 31, 2010) - The United States Army has selected the latest release of Systems Atlanta, Inc. (SAI)’s Integrated Dissemination and Display System (IDS5) for its Army Airfield Automation System (AAAS). By selecting IDS5, the Army will be able to connect and share information with the Federal Aviation Administration and United States Air Force, making IDS5 the vehicle of choice between these three critical organizations, and the most widely used system in the Air Traffic Control and aviation community.

WOODSTOCK, Georgia (May 20, 2009) – Systems Atlanta, Inc. (SAI) announces the widely anticipated release of their Integrated Dissemination and Display System: IDS5 version 1.5. IDS5 consolidates information from multiple sources on a single display for rapid access and information sharing. The entire IDS5 product suite is designed to meet the information needs of government, military, and civilian Air Traffic Control (ATC), Airfield Management (AM), Airport/Airline Operations Centers (AOC), Security Forces (SF), Fire/Rescue Response, 911 Dispatch, and Emergency Management Services. The latest version has been described as “the most powerful upgrade of IDS5 to date”. IDS5 version 1.5 (IDS5v1.5) enhances the robust capabilities of prior versions of IDS5 with many new features and system capabilities.
