Built upon the Project Management Institute’s The Standard for Program Management and ISO/IEC 20000 best practice guidance, SAI takes accountability for the coordinated management of each program to achieve the customer's designated strategic benefits and objectives. Continual education of the PgMP®, PMP® and integrated practices keep SAI program and project managers up to date.

SAI’s project management is also built upon the Project Management Institute’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), ISO/IEC 20000 best practice process guidance and includes the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for IT service specifications and management. Each SAI project includes project level Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Resource, Communications, Risk, Procurement and related Configuration/Change Control management.
